• If any problem occurs, then it has to be reported on the same day of delivery.
    • Send a complete unboxing video of the package.
    • Request for Return/Refund placed after 24 hours of delivery won’t be accepted.
    • In cases of size issues reported, the brand will arrange the pickup for the product, and delivery for the new size will be arranged.
    • We do not offer refunds on preference basis. In case the customer is not liking the fit, credit notes/exchanging with another product for the same value can be done.
    • Return/Refund Request will be accepted on the following terms:
    • If the product is damaged.
