If any problem occurs, then it has to be reported on the same day of delivery.
Send a complete unboxing video of the package.
Request for Return/Refund placed after 24 hours of delivery won’t be accepted.
In cases of size issues reported, the brand will arrange the pickup for the product, and delivery for the new size will be arranged.
We do not offer refunds on preference basis. In case the customer is not liking the fit, credit notes/exchanging with another product for the same value can be done.
