- If any problem occurs, then it has to be reported on the same day of delivery.
- Send a complete unboxing video of the package.
- Request for Return/Refund placed after 24 hours of delivery won’t be accepted.
- In cases of size issues reported, the brand will arrange the pickup for the product, and delivery for the new size will be arranged.
- We do not offer refunds on preference basis. In case the customer is not liking the fit, credit notes/exchanging with another product for the same value can be done.
